Service terms

We will provide good after service for all the customers.

1. 1. Within 7 days after receipt, any defective products will be offered free replacement by our company unconditionally. Within 12 months after receipt, DarkTort Tactical Techology Co., Ltd offers free repair after service under proper use except for consume material and accessories. As to those exceed the above time period, DarkTort will still provide with warranty service, only repair charge should be included. Please also be noted this warranty service dose NOT include the followings:
1. a. Damage caused by inproper package or transportation when send back the products to our company;
2. b. Damage caused by disassembly or modification without permission;
3. c. Damage to the apperance caused by misuse or incidental happening (such as crash, knock, squeeze, etc.);
4. d. Damage caused by misplacement of batteries or battery leakage.
2. 2. Mailing freight of warranty products:
1. a. Within 30 days after purchasing, DarkTort bears all the mailing freight. This is only for ordinary parcel, we will charge you 80% of the total fee if you want other transporting means.
2. b. Between 31 days to 12 months after purchasing, we bear one-way freight, and only for ordinary parcel. We will charge you 80% of the total one-way fee if you want other transporting means.
3. c. Over one year after purchasing, we will not bear any freight. Customers should bear all the freight.

NOTE: DarkTort Tactical Techology Co., Ltd preserves the rights about the reasones of the product problems and the final explanation of the above terms.
